Set up White Label for CashCtrl Enterprise

Trust is paramount in the fiduciary sector. As an accounting software, CashCtrl has a white label function. This allows the user's own logo to be placed.

With a personalized user interface, fiduciary offerings can be made more personal. A well-rounded software experience for enterprise customers.

1. How to set up the white label?

A logo is needed for the login screen and one for the background in the program.

  • Login Screen: PNG, colored, transparent, max. 1200 x 300 pixels.
  • Background: PNG, white or light gray, transparent, max. 1200 x 300 pixels.

Open the White Label dialog via Settings White Label and upload the two logos there. Confirm with Save.

2. Redirection of support requests

If you like, CashCtrl support requests can be redirected directly to you instead to us with an Enterprise version. This way you can offer your clients an enhanced service.

Open the dialog via Settings White Label and create the desired recipient address in the tab Contact. Check the box Send Supoort requests to me.

For specific hints to other help offers an info text can be created. This text is displayed directly in the support window and can possibly answer inquiries in advance.

Confirm with Save.
