We are CashCtrl AG from Münchenstein, developing cloud ERP software since 2012, and we believe that prices for ERP should be fair! Because especially small businesses should not be hindered in competition by high costs.
Just like we all benefit from free content on the internet, we also want to give something back. That’s why a large part of CashCtrl is free and will stay that way.

DIY mentality. We mean this in the most positive way possible. Evaluate, start, work, because workflows are versatile and highly individual. Instead of dictating how things should be done, we see CashCtrl more as a control panel that can be configured to fit your needs.
Strong core. With CashCtrl, we offer an ERP app with an extensive API, allowing customers to integrate their own applications or scripts.
No jargon. Whenever possible, we use simpler words. Of course, that’s not always possible. Take "debit" and "credit," for example. But we review every word carefully, asking ourselves: Is this clear? Users shouldn’t have to struggle with software-specific jargon or abbreviations; they should be able to get started right away.
Great support. Word gets around, and it’s essential at CashCtrl. For us, that means: We offer support options such as webinars, tutorials in both visual and written formats, a forum and direct support requests to the team. All of this is available for free to both paying and non-paying customers.
Feedback welcome. Suggestions for improvement from the community are always welcome, evaluated, and incorporated into development when there is broader feedback. We learn every day and ask questions when we encounter something new.
Overall, our community is super important to us, and we’re proud of the 5.0-star Google rating they give us.
No upselling. We are very reserved when it comes to sales talks. While we do showcase features and functionalities, we don’t push anything on anyone. Decisions made independently are always more sustainable.
No dependencies. We focus on slow, steady, and reliable development. Few dependencies, handwritten (typed) and consistent code. Features are announced in the roadmap and then developed. Three to four times a year, we send out a newsletter.
Data sovereignty. We condemn the practice of tech companies keeping users in the dark about how their data is used. That's why, for example, we don't use trackers.
We do not sell data in any form. Your data belongs to you and is simply stored on our server. Nothing more happens with it. CashCtrl AG makes its money exclusively from the sale of CashCtrl.
P.S.: Every now and then we get asked: Will you still be around in 10 years? We say yes. We've been around since 2012, and CashCtrl AG has been growing every year. So things are looking very promising.
