1. Open your subscription

Open the subscription dialog via Settings Subscription or by clicking on the user profile Edit.

Here you can see which subscription is being used, which organizations and users are using it, and when the subscription expires, if applicable.

Click on the Delete user account button in the list on the right.

2. Consequences of deletion

The dialog box that appears will now ask: Are you sure you want to delete your user account?

Your user maria.muster@cashctrl.com will be irrevocably deleted.

A user can be recreated at any time.

Organizations owned by you will also be deleted, but will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

Organizations/clients can therefore be restored within this period.

Your subscription will be canceled immediately, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Cancel is also still an option :-)

3. Password entry — Bye-bye

Important: After entering the password and clicking on the Delete user account button, there will be no further confirmation prompt; the deletion will be confirmed immediately.

CashCtrl will send an email to the account's email address to confirm the deletion.

That's it :-)
