Simple, clear usability
The clear and straightforward user interface helps you quickly find your way around. If you have worked with Excel before, switching to CashCtrl is no big deal.

We price CashCtrl so that it doesn't burn a hole in your club's budget. For even smaller accounting needs, there is also a completely free version available with CashCtrl FREE.
Work anywhere, even as a team
CashCtrl is hosted on Swiss servers, and all data is stored centrally. This means that multiple people or just one person can access and manage everything via the internet. It also makes changing cashiers a manageable task.
Support, an important part of our community
Not everyone gets started with new software easily. This is especially true in clubs, where much of the work is done on a voluntary basis and in people's free time, with limited resources. That's why we are constantly working on new tutorials, which are freely available on the tutorial page.
Support for using the software is mostly free and can be requested directly from within the software. These two gentlemen are available to answer questions or provide assistance in free webinars (held in German).
Manage members and import addresses
Addresses of members, sponsors, etc. can be imported from Excel, CSV, or vCard files. CashCtrl has no membership limits or other restrictions.
All clubs require different information. Information from sports clubs differs from that of a beekeeping club. To ensure this, new fields can be created.
Bookkeeping and sending annual invoices
Annual membership fees are sent as bulk invoices by email or downloaded as PDF files. When the invoices are sent, the bookkeeping is automatically taken care of in the background.
Payments received in the association's account are reconciled with camt files from online banking. This eliminates the need for manual bookkeeping almost entirely.

Collaborate and store data centrally
The accounting software runs in the cloud. This means you can work from anywhere. Those who work in a team use user roles and assign responsibilities (quite easily).
This way, everyone works with the same data but with their own logins. This means that when there is a change of cashier, responsibility is simply assigned to the new person.

CashCtrl is independent and is developed and operated exclusively in Switzerland. Technical support via email is free of charge, and updates are always available automatically and included in the price.
