Import contacts/addresses and maintain memberships

Addresses of members, sponsors and other contacts can be imported from an Excel, CSV or vCard file. There is no limit to the number of members. A swimming club needs different information from the members than a honeybee breeding club. That is why fields are not predefined. You determine which fields are needed and group your own tabs.

Keep accounting and send annual invoices

The annual contributions are sent to them as a bulk invoice by mail or downloaded as a PDF. By sending the accounting is done automatically. Incoming payments on the club account are matched with camt files from online banking. This almost completely eliminates the need for manual posting.

Placeholders/variables can be used in the text. This means that even though you only create one mail that is sent to all members, information such as salutation, membership, services received, etc. is displayed individually per person.

CashCtrl is multilingual and available in English and German. The annual report and various other reports are also available in Italian and French. Multilingualism is being continuously expanded - see our roadmap for the latest news.

Many areas are already multilingual (inventory, accounts, documents, reports). Documents adapt directly to the recipient's language.
