Managing contacts

Capture, sort, filter and output as PDF or Excel document.

In a first step, enter the contacts and persons. The categories suggested by CashCtrl, such as customers, suppliers and employees, can be adopted or deleted. Own categories can be created with the green +.

If a special customer number is desired, this should first be set up via the settings/run numbers.

Choose Add and fill in all relevant contact information. The number is generated automatically and incremented. Finish the entry with Save. You have successfully created a contact.

The list view for all contacts is customizable. For each column you can open the column menu which allows you to show or hide columns. Columns can be dragged with the mouse to the desired position.
